Compliance

Basic Concept

All employees of the Tayca Group adhere to the established code of conduct, recognize our social responsibility as a company, and conduct fair and transparent business activities. In addition, we have established a Compliance Committee for the purpose of overall management, including grasping the compliance situation and dealing with any violations.

Compliance System

■Compliance Committee

We have established a Compliance Committee to deliberate and formulate compliance systems and policies, grasp the status of compliance implementation, and deal with individual compliance violations. In principle, the committee meets every six months.

■Compliance training

Tayca Group provides education on various compliance issues, including harassment, in a timely manner. We will continue to promote employee education as a corporate group that not only complies with laws and regulations, but also allows customers to do business with us with peace of mind.

■Whistleblowing

Compliance cards are distributed to Tayca Group employees and employees of partner companies. When a compliance issue is reported through the hotline, the details of the report are submitted to the Compliance Committee Secretariat, and a Compliance Committee meeting is held. We are thorough in maintaining the confidentiality of reported and consulted matters, and in protecting personal information. We also prohibit anyone who has made a report from being treated unfavorably because of the report, and we make sure that everyone is aware of this.
