Piezoelectric single-crystal PMN-PT/PIN-PMN-PT

TRS Technologies (the U.S.) joined Tayca Group in 2018, and they produce single crystals in the U.S. The production of single crystals at Tayca (Japan) also has been started in 2022. By manufacturing at two bases in both the U.S. and Japan, we will be able to establish a stable supply and develop products closer to our customers.
Research and development is conducted at both bases to innovate the field of piezoelectric elements.

Improved version of PMN-PT that achieves high Trt and coercive electric field, in addition to high electromechanical coupling coefficient, piezoelectric constant, and relative permittivity.

Production in two sites

Our domestic plant in Japan has started operation in 2022, which enables us to supply from 2 bases, Japan and the U.S., to our customers across the world.
A stable supply will be ensured by having multiple bases.
